I had a great overall experience at this place. It’s always clean, and the staff is both excellent and efficient. the location is fantastic, and there’s a nice restaurant right in the hotel too! 😊.

The place was fairly clean and staff were kind, I greatly enjoyed great location. I was given a neat room with with a comfy bed, tasteful decorations plus separate main bedroom. The food in the garden was outstanding and exceptional. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

The staff were really helpful, they told us about cafés and eateries which were located next door to the hotel.

I was really impressed with the value I got for my money and the room was bright, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean!

Morning meal options could use a touch more variety.

The rooms with a nice decor. Accommodating, welcoming staff with smiling face. Nice pool, parking outside. The easy check-in.

Everything was simply lovely. We had nicely decorated and pet-friendly rooms with a comfy bed close to town centre and the staff were excellent. The location was unbeatable and handy, within walking distance of Warwick Art Gallery.

I had a great stay here! the staff are super friendly and helpful, which made everything so easy. the room was wonderfully clean and smelled amazing when we walked in—the renovations really show. We loved the outdoor pool, and having a nice cafe right next door for breakfast was a bonus. the meals at the cafe were absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed being so close to some great takeout and quick walks to the CBD. a very pleasant experience!

There were a couple of minor hiccups, though. the TV in our single room didn’t seem to be working, which was a bit of a letdown.

The staff here are very attentive and the meals in the garden are exceptional, plus we enjoyed a well-maintained room with a cozy bed!

We got a double room with a super comfy bed that was conveniently close to the town center - it was just perfect! 🛏️ Plus, they had climate control to keep us comfy, a nice flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a microwave for convenience - all here for us to use!
